Veronica Allardice & Charles Coupland
The Directors of the Theatre of Leadershiptm uniquely combine professional qualifications in education, voice & theatre performance, organizational communication and business management. Between them Veronica and Charles hold degrees in Drama Education and post graduate qualifications in Advanced Voice Studies from the Central School of Speech & Drama, London; Master's degrees in both business management (and public policy) and organizational communication; and executive management and international consulting experience in the private and public sector in leadership development, strategic change management, team building, and organizational & personal communication and mentoring.
The Central School of Speech & Drama has produced such identities as Lawrence Olivier, Judi Dench, Vanessa Redgrave, Dawn French and Jennifer Saunders. Veronica and Charles are committed to perpetuating this fine tradition of excellence. In the Theatre of Leadershiptm they bring together powerful models and insights drawn from multiple disciplines to break new ground in leadership education, voice and self-presentation excellence.
